Reunion dinner
My daddy made Pen Cai (盆菜). This dish is packed with premium ingredients like abalone, fish maw, scallops, sea cucumber, dried oysters, prawns, and many more. To be honest, I don't recognize any of those ingredients except prawns, but the dish was a huge hit with all the excited adults! Daddy told me that Pen Cai symbolises prosperity and abundance.

Ryden wore this outfit to his playgroup's Chinese New Year celebration.
Day seven - 人日
We had a second Yu Sheng toss with Grand-uncle Andrew,
Grand-auntie Justine, and Grandma.
Ryden was stretching and reaching with all his might;
those tasty crackers were just out of reach! 😄
